After years of use, electronic components may degrade and change parts can wear out. We offer both on-site and in-house services to repair/replace defective parts and upgrade torque testers.

Prior to servicing your torque tester, a SureTorque technician will contact you to discuss the nature of the service required. At the end of the service call, we will provide a written report and ask you to sign the report and you will be provided a copy.
Our on-site technical service rates are listed below.

Technical service labor fees

Standard on-site rates: $100.00/Hour (Six-hour minimum billing)
On-site customization/programming rates: $125.00/Hour
Overtime rates:
After 8 Hours: $140.00/Hour
Saturdays: $140.00/Hour
Sundays: $190.00/Hour
Holidays: $235.00/Hour
Standby time: Considered the same as service time and will be billed at appropriate rate.
Travel rates: $45.00/Hour
Expenses: Actual cost for transportation, lodging and meals.
