This model is obsolete. By reusing/reconditioning most parts from the existing stand assembly we can reduce the upgraded machine’s price by hundreds of dollars when compared to a new ST-120. After the upgrade the machine is functionally equivalent with a new ST-120.

Due to the stringent requirements for ergonomics in today’s packaging industry workplace, Sure Torque, Inc. has developed the BT94 Bench Capper/Un-capper. One of the most ergonomically demanding operations for small production lines is capping. The BT94 eliminates any wrist or hand movement

for increased safety in the workplace, and applies torque at +/– 0.5 in-lb. Torque is controlled by the use of an electromagnetic particle clutch, which is set through a digital readout.

The Model BT94’s operation is as simple as pre-starting the cap, placing the container on a platform and pushing a button. The machine will automatically clamp the container, positively chuck the cap and apply the pre-set torque.

Using the Sure Torque BT94 Bench Capper/Un-capper increases your productivity and accuracy, and greatly diminishes the risk of ergonomic injury.
