ST-LAB Torque Tester Demo
Torque testers are often used when testing the closure quality of cosmetics containers/packages. In the application below the ST-Lab bottle cap torque tester is used to tighten the cap to a setpoint, then to measure the thread break torque. The video below demonstrates how easy it is to operate the machine and the simplicity of the changeover from a bottle/cap to another. Whether it is a bottle of shampoo or a cosmetic cream jar, a dispenser pump or a simple continuous thread cap, the ST-LAB can retorque the closure and/or measure the removal torque.
